At LaSalle Investment Management, he was hands-on across the full investment lifecycle: from sourcing opportunities and acquisition due diligence to asset management, leasing, and development. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), where he contributed to flagship wholesale funds and led exploration into new real estate ventures.

More recently and prior to forming GPI, Will established and lead RAM Real Estate in Australia growing its funds under management from scratch via a combination of unlisted and listed initiatives. 
Since RAM, Will founded GPI to invest and develop real estate assets with one key vision, long lasting, reliable income streams from direct real estate assets it owns and develops.  From time to time GPI will partner with groups and individuals where there remains a shared and aligned investment vision.
